What we collect

When you send the contact form we receive your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the trailer you asked about and your message. We also record whether you agreed to receive text messages.

If you arrived from an ad or a tagged link, the site keeps the campaign tags from that link (for example utm tags, gclid or fbclid) in your browser and sends them with your message, so we know which ad brought you in.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your question, prepare quotes and financing paperwork you ask for, and follow up about the trailer you asked about. We do not sell your information.

Text messages

We text you only if you checked the consent box. Reply STOP to any message to stop texts. Message and data rates may apply.

Who processes it

Messages go to our customer management system (DealerOS), which our staff use to answer you. Financing applications are shared with the lenders you choose to apply with. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, scripts from cdnjs and a map from Google Maps, and those services receive your IP address when they load.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, call (860) 924-0887 or write to Souza Wholesale Trailers, 12 Plainfield Rd, Canterbury, CT 06331.
